- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest’s final invoice.
