Great Airbnb that checked all the boxes - great location at the edge of town with restaurants and shops easy to reach, while still being close to the national parks. An easy 5-star home. My family enjoyed it very much and I would eagerly stay here again. The size is good for a large family/group. I appreciated that the downstairs bathroom had a shower (3 full baths). Kitchen was well laid out and had all the tools and equipment, even some extras that you don’t normally see in an Airbnb. Most rooms have ceiling fans, which made it more comfortable inside without having to turn the A/C way down. This is an end unit which meant there are more windows and good natural light. We didn’t use the private hot tub because it was so hot while we were there, but it’s a great feature if you’re here in the fall or winter. The community pool and hot tub was great but almost no shade so bring umbrellas if you can. Big garage with several bikes, another unique amenity. A solid 5+ stars!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The proximity to the national parks was exactly what we were looking for. The property was super clean and decorated incredibly well! Top notch home. Plenty of space for our family of six. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked, plenty of towels etc. we used the pool which is just a short walk away. There is also a hot tub and grill available. Checkout instructions were clear. The location is very near many restaurants and short drives to national parks. Highly recommend this home.

Amazing Group Stay with Great Amenities

I celebrated my bday by dragging my friends into the desert to climb with me for 9 days, and Scott & Sarah’s place was the perfect place for us to come home to every evening! The kitchen was massive and well stocked, with pots/pans, counters/islands, grill/stove/oven big enough for us to cook for 12-13 ppl at a time. The private hot tub was super clutch. There was enough seating and hangout space for all of us downstairs, and the shared bathrooms upstairs made getting up and ready in the mornings feel like we were in college again (in a good nostalgic way). Washer/dryer were v efficient so it made cycling thru all of our sweaty sandy clothes easy. We made use of the cute bikes around town and took the camp chairs to the crag! We saw the awesome game cupboard but didn’t get a chance to play. We left an unused water soaker behind, since we had intended to use the pool but didn’t make it, and it was too massive to fit in our luggages! Highly recommend a stay here if you’ve got a big crew! Our group, two families of four (kids ages 10-12), spent almost a week at this unit--and it had everything we needed! Plenty of room to spread out, laundry room for cleaning hiking/biking clothes, nice pool, private hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, comfy couch. This is one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. We had two families with kids and had absolutely everything we could have needed. The private hot tub in addition to the community pool and hot tub was great to have. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to really cook. The games cabinet was great for rainy days. This place was amazing. It was a short walk to the downtown and also only a few blocks from a local coffee shop. It was wonderful to have a pool to come back to at the end of the day and the hot tub was super spacious. Their house was so well stocked with kitchen items, they even had Tupperware! This was a great place for our family. It was more stocked in basic supplies than any place we’ve ever stayed at. Tons of toilet paper and bathroom things, plenty of towels for our large group, and a very stocked kitchen. We loved riding the bikes around, such a fun bonus. It was a very easy check-in and check out. Some places we’ve stayed give a huge list of things to clean and do before you leave and then charge a huge cleaning fee which is annoying, this place on the other hand was more like reminders so you don’t forget things. We are clean people anyway but when there is a large cleaning fee I don’t want to feel stressed in the morning to strip every bed and do a bunch of laundry before we leave. Simply amazing! We spent our annual family vacation here and loved every minute! I traveled with my immediate family (husband and two daughters) and in-laws. The house was so comfortable for 6 adults and 2 kids. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful for dinners in. Everyone slept so well all week!
The bikes in the garage were a plus for my daughters and me. We got to ride around the neighborhood everyday!

We had a wonderful four-night stay in this lovely 2 story property. It was an end unit on a dead end so there was a nice measure of privacy. The condo was immaculately cared for and I can’t say enough about how well the kitchen was outfitted—as well has the rest of the place. The Keurig and the K-Cups were a big hit but we also appreciated the additional Mr. Coffee pot since there were 8 of us looking for coffee in the morning. We did have two ladies in our party who agreed to share the bunk room but as it turned, not well suited for full-sized adults (we took a chance!) The management company was very attentive and easy to contact. They were very committed to ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Entrada at Moab 673. It was spacious, modern, clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We were in Moab to ride the various mountain bike trails and the location was great - centrally located in Moab. The best part was the private hot tub which we took advantage of almost everyday after our bike rides. The complex pool was a short walk away and was quite nice to jump into with the hot temperatures. Communication was clear and responsive. Would definitely stay there again next visit!

Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay at Entrada 673 so, so much! The unit was spacious, well equipped and clean. There were 7 of us there, and it never once felt crowded. The complex had beautiful views, a lovely pool and hottub area and was well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, and everyone respectful of noise ordinances. There was a corner store and coffee shop within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Moab 673. The hot tub was already warming up when we got there. Much needed after a long day of hiking. It’s the main reason we booked this home and it did not disappoint. This home was also the best stocked house we’d been to. We brought coffee and laundry detergent but didn’t need to. Plenty of both and also plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Kitchen also very well supplied. Home had board games and bicycles which kids appreciated. Our party of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) were so happy with our stay!!
